Yes — a 3-year agreement with an annual break clause. You get the stability of a long-term IT partner, and if you're not happy you can leave on any anniversary. You're never trapped with a provider who isn't delivering.
Free when you act on it: sign up for CastCom Essentials, or order the fixes we recommend, within 60 days of your report. If you decide not to go ahead, it's €250 for up to 10 users, €500 for 11–20 and €1,000 for 21 or more (ex. VAT). A fix order must be worth at least the Health Check fee. What's included →
Usually not: for most businesses, onboarding is free. If your Security Health Check shows that clean-up or project work is needed before we can take over (old servers, unmanaged accounts, no working backups), we quote it as a fixed price before you sign.
Remote support is unlimited and included. On-site visits aren't part of the monthly fee: they're billed per visit, by the hour, plus travel, at the hourly rate set in your agreement. Our field team covers all of Ireland, usually within 1–2 business days.
Each desktop or laptop in use. Servers are billed separately, at €100 per server per month.
