CastCom started life as Castleknock Computers, a local Dublin repair business founded in 2005. In 2023, Pawel Lesik took over and rebuilt it as a modern managed service provider — moving every client from break-fix call-outs to proactive monitoring, automation and security on a flat monthly fee.
Large IT firms tend to treat small businesses as a ticket number. Break-fix technicians only turn up after something has already gone wrong. We do neither: enterprise-grade tools and practices, delivered by a small team that knows every client personally.

18+ years in IT, including senior engineering work in enterprise environments of 700+ users, and an MSc in Automation Engineering. Pawel brings large-company standards in Microsoft 365, Azure and security automation to Irish small businesses.
Sylwester leads our security and on-site work across Ireland. He carries out Security Health Checks, vulnerability scans and penetration tests, installs and configures business firewalls and Wi-Fi, rolls out endpoint protection, and sets up network monitoring — and he's the one who turns up when remote support can't fix it.
Anna is the first person most new clients speak to. She runs discovery calls, books Security Health Checks and puts together clear, fixed-price quotes — and helps existing clients add the right services as their business grows.
Hanna keeps CastCom running smoothly behind the scenes — invoicing, billing and accounts — so your monthly bill is always clear and correct. She also looks after our guides, checklists, blog and social media, keeping Irish business owners up to date on the latest threats in plain English.
